Registration is FREE for all BWEEMS members.
As this will be our first in person meeting, we will be providing travel accommodations for the first 100 people to register. Registration is on a first come first serve basis and will close once we reach 100 registrants. In the event you registered and can no longer attend. please notify us by 12/28/2022. Failure to do so will result in a $250 NONREFUNDABLE no show fee. Flights, hotels, and food will be covered, just show up!
There will be 5 oral presentation sessions with 24 spots and one a poster session with plenty of room. Preference for oral presentations will be given to those with results, completed projects etc. Abstracts should be 200 words or less. Abstract should follow the format of the example provided and include: Title, Date, and Authors. No abstracts should be submitted via email or google docs.

How it works.
All BWEEMS members are encouraged to apply for travel assistance. We are able to fund travel and lodging accommodations for 100 attendees.
Travel Info
We will pay for flights and lodging. You will be responsible for baggage fees, and transportation to and from the airports.
Lodging Info
BWEEMS undergraduate and graduate students will be paired .
Post docs, early career professionals, and above will be given single rooms.
Please be sure to complete your Luma profile as all conference communications will come from there.
